How do you select the talent you work with?

We follow a multi-step vetting process that includes profile review, technical evaluation where relevant, communication checks and reference checks for long-term engagements.

Can we start with a small engagement first?

Yes. Many clients begin with a single role or a limited-scope project. Once we establish trust and working rhythm, we can expand the team or responsibilities.

Who manages the day-to-day work?

In most cases, you provide day-to-day direction while we support with structure, replacement, scaling and quality checks. For some engagements we can also provide a delivery lead.

Which time zones do you support?

We aim to provide at least a few hours of overlap with your core working day. Exact coverage depends on the roles and locations chosen for your team.
